In this phase of construction, we’re building out the extension that will help us make the most of what the Department of Buildings allows for a community space like this. Every inch matters when it comes to creating a place that serves and uplifts.

This addition not only expands the indoor space on the second floor, but it also opens the door to something beautiful — a rooftop area where women will be able to sit, learn, and enjoy time together in a calm, welcoming environment.

With each step, we’re getting closer to bringing the full vision of Chayala’s Mikvah to life.

The walls are going up! It’s an exciting moment as the exterior structure begins to take shape — a major milestone for the Chayala’s Mikva project.

We’ve maximized the space allowed under current zoning regulations, and this new addition will help us create a more complete and welcoming experience. Once the exterior is complete, we’ll begin transforming the interior into a beautiful oasis.

Looking ahead, the second floor will feature a small rooftop area — a thoughtful addition designed as a space where women can gather, learn, and connect.
